How long are you going to wait until you get the hair that you have been dreaming of for so long?
This is Susann that came to me a few weeks ago to start her dreadlock journey. She is I’ve 60 years old and had been thinking and thinking of getting her hair dreaded but there was always something in the way, she stubbled across one of my videos on YouTube and felt drawn to me and decided now was the time. She started playing with the dreadlocks as soon as I made them one by one and now she has an amazing head of dreadlocks with some loose hair on the top.
It is never to late to start your dreadlock journey!
Emma wanted a change with her dreadlocks that she had been having the past 2 years made by me. They have shrunk over the past two years abit so she feelt that it was time to do something new aswell so she asked me if it was possible to add some loose hair to her ends to get a more flowy look.

So how long will the loose ends last, it will stay like this for about a year then you have to add some more loose hair to get the full flowy look again.
To get the end curly to Emmas dreadlocks I’ve used a curling iron to make the nice wave.
I use a mixture of different colurs of human hair to achive this look. I tend to make the dreadlock in the bottom a bit darker and the top part a bit lighter to get the right effect. This makes the hair to look so much more natural.
This is Jill, she came to me to start her dreadlock journey, she wanted some loose hair and the rest of the hair in dreadlocks. In this pic I share with you the importance of having clean lines between the loose hair and the dreadlocks. You have to make sure to also brush the hair on a regular basis just to make sure that the loose hair does not dread together with the dreadlocks.

Jill was worried that her hair was to thin to get dreadlocks done. This is not true at all, you just have to addapt the hair after what it is that you want to do.
Here you can see how I decided to devid the hair up when I was making the partings between the loose hair and the hair that was going to be dreadlocks.

She has dreadlocks with extensions and we have left some loose hair on the to create a more flowy look. This time I went thru her hole head...
